Summary industrial visit Pt Agility and Trakindo PT Agility First company I visit in industrial visiting is PT. Agility. It is a warehousing company. There is many company store their products, like Nike, MAP, Herbalife and etc. Nike have the largest space in Agility or is the biggest customer of PT agility. The first I visit in agility is MAP. MAP is a retailer of some brand such as Reebok, Skechers, Diadora and some kids toys. Map distribute the brand product to outlet in mall like Sport Station. When the outlet need just one or two product MAP will deliver it. MAP using a DO for picking the product. Usually the outlet need product from different brand. When delivery the goods distinguish by using the different colour of tape, yellow tape for Jabodetabek and red tape for other city outside Jabodetabek. Nike is the second brand I visit. Kaizen 5S Seiso Kaizen adalah suatu filosofi dari Jepang yang memfokuskan diri pada pengembangan dan penyempurnaan secara terus menerus atau berkesinambungan dalam perusahaan bisnis . Kaizen berasal dari Bahasa Jepang yaitu kai artinya perubahan dan zen artinya baik . Di Cina kaizen bernama gaishan di mana gai berarti perubahan / perbaikan dan shan berarti baik / benefit.
